What to do when you’re in a bad mood
A study has found that when we’re in a bad mood, we actually tend to pay attention to detail. The university research team wanted to understand how people’s brains react to language when they are in a happy mood as opposed to being in a negative mood. They found we’re more careful and analytical when we’re in a bad mood. So we do better at things like proofreading a document. Or maybe just rearranging your closet. So now you know what to do when you’re grumpy.
