Officer Craig Bull of England is the star of a video that's gone viral for all the right reasons. Officer Bull stopped to check on the well being of a 93-year-old man who was the victim of a recent break-in and they got to talking. The man told Bull about his time as a war pilot, and how his wife had died on Christmas Eve a few years ago. Bull saw the piano and the man invited him to play. He choose a Chopin nocturne which was a tune Bull actually used to play for his grandmother when she lost the ability to play herself. The man was clearly familiar with the song because you can see him mimicking Bull's movements across the keys as he plays. Needless to say the man loved the visit, and Bull has been getting some well deserved praise for his efforts to spread some joy to a stranger.
Bull told BuzzFeed News: "I'm absolutely overwhelmed by the response I've had – working in the kind of job I do, you get a lot of criticism for doing things, or not doing things, and it's one of the core things that any beat team does, reassuring elderly people and checking they're OK."
