West Michigan School Brings Back Bible Study

Fremont Public Schools will bring its Bible study program back next fall.  It was shut down by a civil rights complaint in March  at the Daisy Brook Elementary.  While some people had complained about government schools promoting a particular religion, many parents said they wanted this, so next fall the program's pastor will have parents sign a release...then bus the children away from the school property.  The pastor says state law allows kids to be "released" from class  to study religion for two hours each week.
