Healthy Apple Dip


  • 1 TBS natural peanut butter
  • Small container vanilla yogurt
  • cinnamon to taste


  1. In a small bowl, add peanut butter and yogurt
  2. Add cinnamon
  3. Serve with your favorite apples (I like gala Pink Lady or Fuji)
