Would You Use This? Parents Are Sticking Decorations To Their Babies' Heads

Figuring out the gender of a baby isn't always easy, especially if they're bald, which is why so many parents will either dress their kids in gender-specific colors, or even put a little headband on a baby girl’s head so there's no mistaking their sex. Well, now there’s a new way to make sure your darling daughter isn’t mistaken for your son, and it’s a little bit bizarre. Okay, a LOT bizarre.

Instead of saddling your kid’s bald head with a headband that they probably hate wearing, the latest hot trend is something called Girlie Glue, which allows you to simply glue an accessory on your baby’s forehead. In addition to the glue, the company sells a variety of bows, flowers etc, that you simply affix right to your child’s noggin.

The company’s CEO Katie Hydrick created the product after realizing her tot had no hair to hold hair clips. “Girlie Glue is an all-natural accessory glue – no hair necessary!,” reads the website. “Fancy possibilities are endless with a dab of Girlie Glue.” Now if you’re a little freaked at the idea of putting glue on your tot’s head, that’s understandable, but Girlie Glue is all natural and is made from Agave nectar, and washes off with water.
