An E. coli outbreak is the reason that over 132,000 pounds of ground beef are being recalled by a Colorado meatpacker. You may think it might not affect you or anyone you know, but this contaminated meat was shipped to retailers all around the country.
The meat was packaged at Cargill Meat Solutions in Fort Morgan on June 21, 2018 and one person has died from this E. coli outbreak.
