Bank of America Has New Overdraft Fees

Bank of America just announced it’s slashing overdraft fees, from $35 dollars down to $10! The changes come in the wake of pressure from consumer advocacy groups, who claim the charges ONLY impact low-income Americans. In addition, Bank of America will also entirely get rid of “NSF fees” – those charges for a bounced check. The new policy takes effect in May.
