Grab Some Tissues: 'Toy Story 4's First Full Trailer Will Make You Cry

Our favorite toys are back (and ready to make us cry again) in the new Toy Story 4 trailer. Woody, Buzz, and the gang are about to go on their biggest adventure yet in the next installment of the beloved animated film franchise.

The first full-length trailer begins with Woody introducing his fellow toys to Forky, a utensil-turned-toy created by Bonnie who's going to shake up everything we knew about the world of Toy Story. "Forky is the most important toy to Bonnie right now," Woody tells his friends in the trailer. "We all have to make sure nothing happens to him."

Forky, however, isn't so sure about his role as a toy. "I was made for soup, salad, maybe chili, and then the trash" Forky tells Woody before running away during a road trip with Bonnie's family. Woody, of course, is quick to follow Forky with the intention of rescuing him. To Woody's surprise, though, his journey reconnects him with his old friend, Bo Peep, who fans haven't seen since Toy Story 2. Bo introduces him to a whole new way of life, including an antique shop and a colorful carnival, and Woody starts to question his own place in the world. "I was made... to help... a child. I don't remember it being this hard," Woody says.

"On the road of life, there are old friends, new friends and stories that change you," the trailer reads. Meanwhile, Bo encourages Woody to find a new purpose, telling him "sometimes change can be good."

Will Woody and Forky make it back to Bonnie? Or will Woody find a new path? Toy Story 4 lands in theaters on June 21, 2019.
