Kent County Sheriff's Department Traffic Squad Reserve Deputy Matt Garbarino is planning a big trek this June, hoping to raise big money for an organization very close to his heart.
Starting June 4th, Garbarino will begin a 160-mile trek across MI to raise money for the Concern of Police Survivors charity, which supports families of fallen officers. He's planning to cover 40 miles a day starting June 4th & wrap up on the 7th. He'll also be carrying the Thin Blue Line American Flag in honor of those brethren that have been killed in the line of duty.
Even though the run doesn't start until June, Garbarino is already looking for fundraising donations & that's how you can get involved but big time!
