We had a great time last month at Yoga Heat with a free class for those of us taking part in the 10,000 Steps Challenge.  I'm still not quite hitting 10,000 steps daily but my average keeps going up! 

This Sunday, you can take advantage of a complimentary 45-minute yoga experience (come dressed to workout, beginners welcome), followed by a hot tea/chocolate bar, snacks and panel discussion with local women athletes about best practices associated with training for the Fifth Third River Bank Run.
