My cousin Mickey's passion for food came from her mother.  My amazing Aunt Margaret could take a packet of ketchup, some pepper and a Q-Tip and make a feast for 12!  That may be a slight exaggeration, but both of those incredible Margarets both were and are incredible in the kitchen.

I love bacon.  So, Mickey sent me this...

English muffins with bacon butter

1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 to 3/4 tsp Dijon mustard
4 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
4 to 6 English muffins

In bowl combine butter, mustard, and bacon. Toast muffins and spread with bacon butttter. Refrigerate leftover bacon butter. Enjoy!
