All three of these ingredients contain antioxidants.
4 Tablespoons dark chocolate, broken into pieces
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 Tablespoon Plain, unsalted Pecans chopped
Microwave chocolate in a microwavable bowl on high for 20 seconds. Stir well and microwave again, in 20 second increments, until the chocolate melts. Stir cranberries into chocolate. Spread the mixture onto a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Sprinkle the top with pecans and press lightly into chocolate. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm (about 10 minutes) and then break into 4 pieces.
